Our sauces and our patties are ours. Not a bulk order from a supplier who also sells to four other kitchens on the same street.
Packed to hold heat and sent straight out. Or collect at the counter and skip the wait entirely — both work, both cost the same.
We are an evening kitchen. Five till eleven, seven days a week — including the days everyone else is closed.
